a person listed in item (v) of the preceding paragraph: 12,850 yen; provided, however, that in the case of repeated high-cost medical expenses, the amount is 12,300 yen.
前項第五号に掲げる者 一万二千八百五十円。ただし、高額療養費多数回該当の場合にあっては、一万二千三百円とする。
