If a person has exported goods, conducted a transaction, exported a document, drawing, or recording medium containing specified information, or transmitted information, in violation of the prohibition under Article 53, paragraph (1) on the export of goods, on transactions that are meant to provide specified technology, on the export of a document, drawing, or recording medium containing specified information, or on the transmission of information concerning the specified technology;
第五十三条第一項の規定による貨物の輸出又は特定技術の提供を目的とする取引若しくは特定記録媒体等の輸出若しくは特定技術を内容とする情報の送信の禁止に違反して輸出又は取引若しくは特定記録媒体等の輸出若しくは情報の送信をしたとき。
