If a person has conducted the entry into, renewal, or modification of a technology introduction contract in violation of an order of modification or discontinuance under Article 27, paragraph (10) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 30, paragraph (7);
第三十条第七項において準用する第二十七条第十項の規定による変更又は中止の命令に違反して技術導入契約の締結等をしたとき。
