Beyond what is provided for in the preceding two paragraphs, Cabinet Order prescribes the procedures for issuing recommendations under paragraph (3), and provides for other necessary particulars in connection with these recommendations.
前二項に定めるもののほか、第三項の規定による勧告の手続その他当該勧告に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。
