Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning the Payment of the Employment Promotion Allowance
第六条（就業促進手当の支給に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 56-3 of the new Employment Insurance Act apply to the payment of the employment promotion allowance to qualified recipients, etc. prescribed in paragraph (2) of that Article (hereinafter referred to as "qualified recipients, etc." in this Article) who have taken up employment on or after the effective date, and with regard to the payment of the employment promotion allowance to qualified recipients, etc. who took up employment before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
