The provisions of Article 49, paragraphs (4) and (5) apply mutatis mutandis when a petition for appeal is in violation of paragraph (2) and when fees for filing an immediate appeal are not paid pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the Costs of Civil Proceedings.
第四十九条第四項及び第五項の規定は、抗告状が第二項の規定に違反する場合及び民事訴訟費用等に関する法律の規定に従い即時抗告の提起の手数料を納付しない場合について準用する。
The provisions of Article 49, paragraphs (4) and (5) apply mutatis mutandis when a petition for appeal is in violation of paragraph (2), and the provisions of Article 137-2, paragraphs (1) through (6) of the Code of Civil Procedure apply mutatis mutandis when fees for filing an immediate appeal are not paid pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the Costs of Civil Proceedings, respectively.
第四十九条第四項及び第五項の規定は
