The inspection or copying of, or the issuance of an authenticated copy, transcript or extract of, a record of a domestic relations case under other provisions of this Act, which pertains to a petition, etc. filed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1), is to be made by means of the document set forth in the preceding paragraph. The same applies to the service or sending of a document pertaining to such petition, etc.
第一項の規定によりされた申立て等に係るこの法律の他の規定による家事事件の記録の閲覧若しくは謄写又はその正本、謄本若しくは抄本の交付は、前項の書面をもってするものとする。当該申立て等に係る書類の送達又は送付も、同様とする。
