The court has jurisdiction over an adjudication case for the dissolution of a special adoption (meaning an adjudication case regarding the matters set forth in Appended Table 1, row (64); the same applies hereinafter) if the case falls under any of the following items:
裁判所は、特別養子縁組の離縁の審判事件（別表第一の六十四の項の事項についての審判事件をいう。以下同じ。）について、次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、管轄権を有する。
