The court has jurisdiction over an adjudication case for a disposition regarding the division of property (meaning an adjudication case regarding the matters set forth in Appended Table 2, row (4); the same applies in Article 150, item (v) and Article 152-2, paragraph (2)) if the case falls under any of the following items:
裁判所は、財産の分与に関する処分の審判事件（別表第二の四の項の事項についての審判事件をいう。第百五十条第五号及び第百五十二条の二第二項において同じ。）について、次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、管轄権を有する。
