The provisions of Article 3-7, paragraphs (2) through (4) of the Code of Civil Procedure (Act No. 109 of 1996) apply mutatis mutandis to the agreement referred to in the preceding paragraph.
民事訴訟法（平成八年法律第百九号）第三条の七第二項から第四項までの規定は、前項の合意について準用する。
