The provisions of the preceding paragraphs apply mutatis mutandis to the performance of an obligation imposed on a person by mediation or by a ruling in lieu of mediation (including an obligation imposed on a person by a high court; the same applies in paragraph (3) of the following Article) and the performance of matters ordered as a disposition prior to mediation.
前各項の規定は、調停又は調停に代わる審判において定められた義務（高等裁判所において定められたものを含む。次条第三項において同じ。）の履行及び調停前の処分として命じられた事項の履行について準用する。
