An adjudication case regarding the appointment of a supervisor of a voluntarily appointed guardian for making a voluntary guardianship contract effective (meaning an adjudication case regarding the matters set forth in Appended Table 1, row (111); the same applies in the following paragraph and the following Article) is subject to the jurisdiction of the family court which has jurisdiction over the place of domicile of the principal set forth in Article 2, item (ii) of the Voluntary Guardianship Contract Act (hereinafter simply referred to as the "principal" in this Section).
任意後見契約の効力を発生させるための任意後見監督人の選任の審判事件（別表第一の百十一の項の事項についての審判事件をいう。次項及び次条において同じ。）は、任意後見契約法第二条第二号の本人（以下この節において単に「本人」という。）の住所地を管轄する家庭裁判所の管轄に属する。
