The provisions of Article 49, paragraphs (3) through (6) and Article 50 apply mutatis mutandis to the statement set forth in the preceding paragraph. In this case, the term "paragraph (2)" in Article 49, paragraph (4) is deemed to be replaced with "Article 201, paragraph (5)".
第四十九条第三項から第六項まで及び第五十条の規定は、前項の申述について準用する。この場合において、第四十九条第四項中「第二項」とあるのは、「第二百一条第五項」と読み替えるものとする。
The provisions of Article 49, paragraphs (3) through
