Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning a Person Whose Assets Were Transferred to the Association under a Defined Contribution Pension Plan
第四条（確定拠出年金の連合会移換者に関する経過措置）
With regard to application of the provisions of Article 34 of the Defined Contribution Pension Act after the amendment by the provisions of Article 4, as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 73 of that Act following the deemed replacement of terms, to be applied pursuant to the provisions of Article 73-2 of that Act when the person whose assets were transferred to the Association prescribed in Article 55, paragraph (2), item (vi) of the Defined Contribution Pension Act after the amendment by Article 4 has already reached the age of 70 before the enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "When a person who is ... ( ... pension plan) reaches the age of 70 without claiming the payment of old-age benefits pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article" in Article 34 of that Act is deemed to be replaced with "When the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act for Supporting Securing of Income in Old Age Through the National Pension, Corporate Pensions (Act No. 93 of 2011) come into effect with regard to a person who is ... ( ... pension plan)".
第四条の規定による改正後の確定拠出年金法第五十五条第二項第六号に規定する連合会移換者が、附則第一条第五号に掲げる規定の施行前に既に七十歳に達している場合における第四条の規定による改正後の確定拠出年金法第七十三条の二の規定により読み替えて適用する同法第七十三条において読み替えて準用する同法第三十四条の規定の適用については、同条中「が前条の規定により老齢給付金の支給を請求することなく七十歳に達したときは」とあるのは、「について、国民年金及び企業年金等による高齢期における所得の確保を支援するための国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十三年法律第九十三号）附則第一条第五号に掲げる規定が施行されたときは」とする。
