Article 3Application of This Act to Associations or Foundations Without Legal Personality
第三条（人格のない社団等に対するこの法律の適用）
An association or foundation without legal personality is deemed to be a corporation, and the provisions of this Act (excluding Articles 12-2 and 46-2 and Appended Table 3) apply to it.
