When the court issues an order to commence special liquidation, it must immediately give public notice to that effect and serve the written judgment of the order to commence special liquidation on the liquidating stock company.
裁判所は、特別清算開始の命令をしたときは、直ちに、その旨を公告し、かつ、特別清算開始の命令の裁判書を清算株式会社に送達しなければならない。
When the court issues an order to commence special liquidation, it must immediately give public notice to that effect and serve the electronic written judgment of the order to commence special liquidation on the liquidating stock company.
