I the judicial decision prescribed in paragraph (2) or a judicial decision relating to the immediate appeal referred to in that paragraph is made, the written judgment thereof must be served on the parties.
第二項に規定する裁判及び同項の即時抗告についての裁判があった場合には、その裁判書を当事者に送達しなければならない。
IIf the judicial decision prescribed in paragraph (2) or a judicial decision relating to the immediate appeal referred to in that paragraph is made, the electronic written judgment thereof must be served on the parties.第二項に規定する裁判及び同項の即時抗告についての裁判があった場合には、その電子裁判書を当事者に送達しなければならない。
