Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning Small Claims Actions
第四条（少額訴訟に関する経過措置）
In respect of a case in which a statement indicating that a trial and judicial decision are sought through a small claims action was made before this Act comes into effect, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 368, paragraph (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure as amended by the provisions of Article 1, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前に少額訴訟による審理及び裁判を求める旨の申述があった事件については、第一条の規定による改正後の民事訴訟法第三百六十八条第一項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
