第五十七条第一項

A person who gives, offers or promises to give a bribe provided for in Articles 53 through 55 is subject to imprisonment for not more than three years or a fine of not more than 2,500,000 yen.
第五十三条から第五十五条までに規定する賄賂を供与し、又はその申込み若しくは約束をした者は、三年以下の拘禁刑又は二百五十万円以下の罰金に処する。
A person who gives, offers or promises to give a bribe provided for in Articles
5355 through5557 is subject to imprisonment for not more than three years or a fine of not more than 2,500,000 yen.第五十三条から第五十五条第五十五条から第五十七条までに規定する賄賂を供与し、又はその申込み若しくは約束をした者は、三年以下の拘禁刑又は二百五十万円以下の罰金に処する。
