A bribe accepted by an offender or by a third party who knows the circumstances is to be confiscated. When the whole or a part of the bribe cannot be confiscated, the value of that bribe is to be collected.
犯人又は情を知った第三者が収受した賄賂は、没収する。その全部又は一部を没収することができないときは、その価額を追徴する。
