If an arbitrator that has accepted a request to perform an act in connection with their duties causes a bribe to be given to a third party or solicits or promises that bribe to be given to a third party, the arbitrator is subject to imprisonment for not more than five years.
仲裁人が、その職務に関し、請託を受けて、第三者に賄賂を供与させ、又はその供与の要求若しくは約束をしたときは、五年以下の拘禁刑に処する。
