第五十二条第四項
Each amendment that changed this provision, and each that will, oldest first. Each is shown against the wording just before it; where an amendment gives the provision another number, it is followed under the new one. Read it as it stands today

If the matters provided for in the preceding paragraph have been provided in an independent decision, the decision has the effect of an arbitral award.
独立の決定において前項に規定する事項を定めた場合においては、当該決定は、仲裁判断としての効力を有する。
