Each amendment that changed this provision, and each that will, oldest first. Each is shown against the wording just before it; where an amendment gives the provision another number, it is followed under the new one. Read it as it stands today

If an agreement referred to in the preceding paragraph has not been reached, each party is to bear the expenses they paid in relation to the arbitration procedure.
前項の合意がないときは、当事者が仲裁手続に関して支出した費用は、各自が負担する。
