第四十七条第八項

If the grounds stated in item (v) of the preceding paragraph exist, and the part concerning the matters provided for in that item can be separated from the other parts of the order for interim measures, the relevant part and the other parts of the order for interim measures are respectively deemed to be independent orders for interim measures, and the provisions of that paragraph apply.
前項第五号に掲げる事由がある場合において、当該暫定保全措置命令から同号に規定する事項に関する部分を区分することができるときは、当該部分及び当該暫定保全措置命令のその他の部分をそれぞれ独立した暫定保全措置命令とみなして、同項の規定を適用する。
