when the arbitral tribunal has ordered the party requesting an order for interim measures to provide appropriate security, and the party is in violation of the order and is not providing appropriate security;
仲裁廷が暫定保全措置命令の申立てをした者に対して相当な担保を提供すべきことを命じた場合において、その者が当該命令に違反し、相当な担保を提供していないこと。
