第四十六条第八項

The provisions of paragraph (3) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the application of the provisions of the preceding paragraph if the grounds stated in the Article, paragraph (2), item (v) exist.
前条第三項の規定は、同条第二項第五号に掲げる事由がある場合における前項の規定の適用について準用する。
