Each amendment that changed this provision, and each that will, oldest first. Each is shown against the wording just before it; where an amendment gives the provision another number, it is followed under the new one. Read it as it stands today

The provisions of the preceding paragraph do not apply if any of the following grounds exist (for the grounds stated in items (i) through (vii), limited to the case in which any of the parties has proved the existence of the grounds):
前項の規定は、次に掲げる事由のいずれかがある場合（第一号から第七号までに掲げる事由にあっては、当事者のいずれかが当該事由の存在を証明した場合に限る。）には、適用しない。
