第四十四条第三項

An immediate appeal may be filed against the decision under Article 5, paragraph (4) or (5) with regard to the case related to the petition referred to in paragraph (1).
第一項の申立てに係る事件についての第五条第四項又は第五項の規定による決定に対しては、即時抗告をすることができる。
