The arbitral tribunal must make a decision on the petition referred to in the preceding paragraph within 60 days from the date of the petition. In this case, the provisions of Article 41, paragraph (5) apply mutatis mutandis.
仲裁廷は、前項の申立ての日から六十日以内に、当該申立てについての決定をしなければならない。この場合においては、第四十一条第五項の規定を準用する。
