第四十一条第三項

If the party makes a petition referred to in paragraph (1), they must issue a notice containing the contents of the petition to the other party, in advance of or at the same time as the petition.
当事者は、第一項の申立てをするときは、あらかじめ、又は同時に、他の当事者に対して、当該申立ての内容を記載した通知を発しなければならない。
