If an arbitral award has been made, the arbitral tribunal must notify each party of the arbitral award by sending a copy of the written arbitral award signed by the arbitrators.
仲裁廷は、仲裁判断がされたときは、仲裁人の署名のある仲裁判断書の写しを送付する方法により、仲裁判断を各当事者に通知しなければならない。
