Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 5, paragraphs (1) and (2), the case subject to the petition referred to in paragraph (1) is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the following courts:
第一項の申立てに係る事件は、第五条第一項及び第二項の規定にかかわらず、次に掲げる裁判所の管轄に専属する。
