If the parties request or the arbitral tribunal finds it necessary, an expert must appear on the date of the oral hearing after delivering the report referred to in paragraph (1).
当事者の求めがあるとき、又は仲裁廷が必要と認めるときは、鑑定人は、第一項の規定による報告をした後、口頭審理の期日に出頭しなければならない。
