An arbitral tribunal may appoint one or more experts, and may have them conduct an expert examination concerning necessary matters and report the results in writing or orally.
仲裁廷は、一人又は二人以上の鑑定人を選任し、必要な事項について鑑定をさせ、文書又は口頭によりその結果の報告をさせることができる。
