    If an arbitration petitioner violates the provisions of Article 31, paragraph (1), the arbitral tribunal must make a decision to end the arbitration procedure; provided, however, that this does not apply to cases in which there are justifiable grounds for that violation.

    仲裁廷は、仲裁申立人が第三十一条第一項の規定に違反したときは、仲裁手続の終了決定をしなければならない。ただし、違反したことについて正当な理由がある場合は、この限りでない。
