An arbitral tribunal may order that any documentary evidence is to be accompanied by a translation into the languages provided by the agreement referred to in paragraph (1) or determination referred to in paragraph (2) (or if the languages to be used for a translation are provided, into the languages).
仲裁廷は、すべての証拠書類について、第一項の合意又は第二項の決定により定められた言語（翻訳文について使用すべき言語の定めがある場合にあっては、当該言語）による翻訳文を添付することを命ずることができる。
