If the agreement referred to in paragraph (1) or the determination referred to in the preceding paragraph does not provide for the procedures to be carried out by using the languages specified, the procedures to be carried out by using those languages are to be as follows:
第一項の合意又は前項の決定において、定められた言語を使用して行うべき手続についての定めがないときは、その言語を使用して行うべき手続は、次に掲げるものとする。
