The provisions of Article 14, paragraph (1) and Article 15 apply to the case in which the place of arbitration is in or outside Japan, or has yet to be determined.
第十四条第一項及び第十五条の規定は、仲裁地が日本国内にある場合、仲裁地が日本国外にある場合及び仲裁地が定まっていない場合に適用する。
The provisions of Article
1416, paragraph (1) and Article1517 apply to the case in which the place of arbitration is in or outside Japan, or has yet to be determined.第十四条第十六条第一項及び第十五条第十七条の規定は、仲裁地が日本国内にある場合、仲裁地が日本国外にある場合及び仲裁地が定まっていない場合に適用する。
