Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, an arbitration procedure regarding a particular civil dispute commences on the date on which one party notifies the other party that the arbitration procedure is to be applied to the civil dispute.
仲裁手続は、当事者間に別段の合意がない限り、特定の民事上の紛争について、一方の当事者が他方の当事者に対し、これを仲裁手続に付する旨の通知をした日に開始する。
