Notwithstanding the place of arbitration under the preceding two paragraphs, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, an arbitral tribunal may carry out the following procedures at any place it considers appropriate:
仲裁廷は、当事者間に別段の合意がない限り、前二項の規定による仲裁地にかかわらず、適当と認めるいかなる場所においても、次に掲げる手続を行うことができる。
