When it considers that there has been a change in circumstances referred to in paragraph (4), the arbitral tribunal may order the parties to promptly disclose whether there has been a change in circumstances and, if so, the content of the change in circumstances.
仲裁廷は、第四項の事情の変更があったと思料するときは、当事者に対し、速やかに当該事情の変更の有無及び当該事情の変更があったときはその内容を開示することを命ずることができる。
