Beyond the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, if the arbitral tribunal finds that there are special circumstances, the arbitral tribunal may revoke, amend or suspend the order for interim measures on its own initiative, after notifying the parties to that effect.
前項の規定によるほか、仲裁廷は、特別の事情があると認めるときは、当事者にあらかじめ通知した上で、職権で、暫定保全措置命令を取り消し、変更し、又はその効力を停止することができる。
