The provisions of Article 39 apply mutatis mutandis to the order under paragraph (8), and the provisions of paragraphs (1) and (3) of that Article apply mutatis mutandis to the order for interim measures and other orders (excluding the order under paragraph (8)) or decisions under this Article.
第三十九条の規定は第八項の規定による命令について、同条第一項及び第三項の規定は暫定保全措置命令その他のこの条の規定による命令（第八項の規定による命令を除く。）又は決定について、それぞれ準用する。
The provisions of Article
