Even while a suit related to the action referred to in the preceding paragraph is pending in the court, an arbitral tribunal may commence or continue the arbitration procedure and make an arbitral award.
仲裁廷は、前項の訴えに係る訴訟が裁判所に係属する間においても、仲裁手続を開始し、又は続行し、かつ、仲裁判断をすることができる。
