In regard to a contract containing an arbitration agreement, even if the clauses of the contract other than that of the arbitration agreement are not valid due to nullity or rescission or for any other reasons, the validity of the arbitration agreement is not automatically impaired.
仲裁合意を含む一の契約において、仲裁合意以外の契約条項が無効、取消しその他の事由により効力を有しないものとされる場合においても、仲裁合意は、当然には、その効力を妨げられない。
