If a document containing a clause of an arbitration agreement is quoted in a contract concluded in writing as constituting part of the contract, that arbitration agreement is deemed to be made in writing.
書面によってされた契約において、仲裁合意を内容とする条項が記載された文書が当該契約の一部を構成するものとして引用されているときは、その仲裁合意は、書面によってされたものとみなす。
