第十二条第六項

The provisions of paragraph (1) and the preceding paragraph do not apply to the case in which a notice is to be given in the proceeding carried out by the court pursuant to the provisions of this Act.
第一項及び前項の規定は、この法律の規定により裁判所が行う手続において通知を行う場合については、適用しない。
