第十二条第四項

Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 5, paragraphs (1) and (2), a case related to the petition referred to in paragraph (2) is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts stated in paragraph (1), items (i) and (ii) of that Article and the district court which has jurisdiction over the location of the addressee's domicile, habitual residence, business office, office, or place of delivery.
第二項の申立てに係る事件は、第五条第一項及び第二項の規定にかかわらず、同条第一項第一号及び第二号に掲げる裁判所並びに名宛人の住所、常居所、営業所、事務所又は配達場所の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所の管轄に専属する。
