Beyond what is provided for in this Act, necessary particulars related to the proceeding carried out by the court pursuant to the provisions of this Act are specified by the Rules of the Supreme Court.
この法律に定めるもののほか、この法律の規定により裁判所が行う手続に関し必要な事項は、最高裁判所規則で定める。
