Supplementary Provisions, Article 20Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Bankruptcy Act

With regard to the application, during the period from the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions until the day preceding the effective date, of Article 78, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the Bankruptcy Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article, the phrase "storage right, prospecting right" in that item is deemed to be replaced with "prospecting right".
